  • - 4 eggs

  • - 5-6 tablespoons of sugar

  • - 5 tablespoons of semolina

  • - sour cream 100 g

  • - baking dish (non-stick or silicone)

  • - oven

Instruction manual

1

We turn on the oven, and while it is warming up to 180 degrees, we prepare the curd dough for the casserole. To do this, combine 4 eggs, 500 g of cottage cheese, 5 tablespoons of semolina and 5-6 tablespoons of sugar. All ingredients can be mashed with a potato pusher in a large bowl until smooth. You can also use a mixer. The dough is almost ready.

It remains only to put the filler. As an additive (filler), as a classic of the genre, raisins, dried apricots or prunes are used. Very interesting taste sensations can be achieved by adding seedless berries, both fresh and frozen, or nuts. One of these ingredients or a combination thereof may be used as desired.

In a non-stick or silicone mold greased with butter, put the cottage cheese dough for casseroles. We put in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees. During this time, the casserole is baked and becomes golden brown.

Remove the casserole from the oven and let cool for 5-10 minutes in order to carefully remove it from the mold. Cottage cheese casserole should be divided into portions and served with sour cream, jam or condensed milk. Top can be decorated with berries or a mint leaf.
