Grind the peeled almonds with a blender. To make it more convenient, add a glass of water to the bowl. Grinding should be carried out at high speed, in time it will take about 4 minutes.

Pass the almond mass through a sieve. Then put the dishes with it for a while aside. Do the same with dried apricots and dates, after having exempted them from the seeds. Now combine the ingredients. Get a mass of dates, dried apricots and nuts, which must be divided into three equal parts.

Mix one part of the date mass with poppy seeds, set the mixture aside. Combine the remainder with almonds, add cinnamon and honey, nutmeg, juice squeezed from one orange, cocoa. Make sure that the orange-almond mixture is not dry, but it should not be made too liquid. Grind the banana and avocado in a blender, adding honey and cocoa to them, you get a cream.

Now you need a shape with sides. The cake should be laid out in layers, the order is as follows: a nut-nut mixture, dates with poppy seeds, orange-almond mass and a cream of banana and avocado. Sprinkle cocoa on top of the cake, you can decorate with slices of fruit, placing them beautifully. The cake should stand for several hours to saturate well.
