The Tale cake lives up to its name. On any table, such a treat looks simply fabulous. And what a unique taste the dessert has - soft cakes soaked in red wine, a sweet cream with the addition of condensed milk and berries and nuts as decoration.

You will need

  • - 300 g butter;

  • - 250 ml of red wine;

  • - 250 g sour cream;

  • - 2 glasses of sugar;

  • - 1.5 cups flour;

  • - a can of condensed milk;

  • - 3 eggs;

  • - 4 tbsp. a spoon of cocoa;

  • - 1 teaspoon of soda;

  • - nuts, jam or fresh berries;

  • - vinegar.

Beat sugar with eggs, pour in half a can of condensed milk, without stopping whipping. Add sour cream, pour cocoa powder (leave 1 spoon for cream), pour in the dough soda, quenched with vinegar, stir. Pour in flour - the dough should not turn out too thick.

Prepare a cake mold - cover it with parchment, grease it with butter, sprinkle with flour, pour out the dough. Put in the oven for 50 minutes. Recommended temperature is 180 degrees.

Heat red wine over low heat with sugar. Beat the softened butter with a spoonful of cocoa powder, with the rest of the condensed milk.

Cool the cake, cut into three parts, soak each part with wine and sugar. Lubricate with cream, combine the cakes.

Garnish the top of the cake with berries and nuts. Take the dessert for 1-2 hours in the refrigerator - during this time the Tale cake with wine and condensed milk will be saturated, it will become even tastier.
