Cooking:

  1. Wash plum berries in advance well, divide each into 2 parts and take out a seed.

  2. Carefully sort the berries of currant, remove all branches, wash in running warm water.

  3. Chop walnuts, remove the kernels from them, which subsequently need to be fried in a hot frying pan without adding oil until fully cooked.

  4. Unroll the chocolate bar, divide it into pieces, each pass through a fine grater, you should get an airy chocolate crumb.

  5. To create a cream, it is necessary to put in one container fat cream and powdered sugar, beat the mass until an air mass forms.

  6. Drain the whole syrup from canned peaches into a deep bowl, remove the seeds from the fruits themselves.

  7. Pour the required amount of liquor and a little juice left after peaches into the prepared and cooled sugar syrup.

  8. Pour a little ready-made syrup into a flat dish soak shortbread cookies in it, which must be layered on a dish.

  9. Between each new layer of cookies lay thin slices of plum and black currant.

  10. Decorate the final layer of the cream with cream, roasted crushed nuts and chocolate chips. To soak the cake, it must be removed in a cold place for about half an hour.
