Peel the fillet from the films, cut across 3 cm thick slices and slightly beat off. Grate pieces with salt and pepper, coat with olive oil, set aside. In rosemary, separate the leaves from the stems. Leek cut along, and then thin half rings. Fry leek in a mixture of 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a preheated pan in place with rosemary for 3 minutes. Add wine and sugar, bring to a boil and then cook on low heat until the liquid evaporates. Remove from heat.

Peel strawberries, cut into halves and smaller pieces. Preheat a large frying pan with a thick bottom without oil. In batches, fry the veal in a pan for 4 minutes on each side. Then put on a baking sheet covered with foil and send to the oven preheated to 170 ° C for 15 minutes.

Melt the butter and sugar in the same pan, put the strawberries and the sauce of leek and rosemary, season with hot pepper, mix, fry for 1-2 minutes on medium heat. Remove from heat, season with black pepper, mix. Serve the veal immediately, pouring it with strawberry sauce on top or next.
