  • • 1/2 cup rice;

  • • loaf or white bread;

  • • greens;

  • • milk (if not, then water can be used).
  • For the sauce you need:

  • • sour cream;

  • • salt;

  • • black pepper;

  • • 2 bay leaves.

First, boil the rice until cooked. You can pre-soak rice overnight in water.

Soak the bread in milk. When the bread gets wet, squeeze it out of excess liquid and mix with minced meat.
