You will need
- • 500g minced meat (pork chicken or pork-beef of your choice);
- • 1/2 cup rice;
- • loaf or white bread;
- • greens;
- • milk (if not, then water can be used).
- For the sauce you need:
- • ketchup;
- • sour cream;
- • salt;
- • black pepper;
- • 2 bay leaves.

First, boil the rice until cooked. You can pre-soak rice overnight in water.

Soak the bread in milk. When the bread gets wet, squeeze it out of excess liquid and mix with minced meat.

Add rice and spices. Mix the ingredients thoroughly. It works best when you mix directly with your hands.

Roll meatballs from the resulting stuffing.

Make the sauce: mix ketchup with sour cream.
In a baking dish, in one layer, fold the meatballs and pour the sauce to the top. If necessary, add water. Throw a couple of leaves of bay leaf.

The meatballs are baked for about 40 minutes, depending on their size.
