Tartlets with cheese cream will be a great cold appetizer. Preparing the dish is simple, but it takes some time. The specified amount of food is enough for 10-12 servings.

You will need

  • - flour - 3 glasses;

  • - hard cheese - 200 g;

  • - Roquefort cheese - 100 g;

  • - cottage cheese - 200 g;

  • - sour cream - 200 g;

  • - dill greens - 30 g;

  • - lemon - 1 pc.;

  • - butter - 200 g;

  • - eggs - 3 pcs.;

  • - semolina - 1 tbsp. l

Cooking dough. Sift flour. Mix it with softened butter, you should get crumbs. Salt the cream and add to the flour. Knead the dough and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.

Cooking toppings. Separate the yolks from the proteins. Beat the whites until a stable foam, add a couple of drops of lemon juice. Mash Roquefort cheese with a fork, grate hard cheese. Finely chop the dill. Mix cheeses and dill.

Beat the yolks with cottage cheese, add the cheese mixture and semolina. At the end, add whipped proteins and mix well. Cream filling is ready.

Roll out the dough with a thickness of about 0.5 cm. Cut a glass of circles (the size corresponding to the tartlets for tartlets). Lubricate the molds with butter and place the circles of dough in them. Press the dough against the walls of the molds.

Put the cooked filling in the dough-filled forms. Bake tartlets in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Remove the tartlets from the forms, decorate with greens. The dish is ready! Bon Appetit!

Filling the molds with filling is not necessary until the end, when baking, the filling will increase in volume.
