Cut the pork into portions, salt, sprinkle with seasoning, put on a baking sheet, coated with vegetable oil.

Boil the potatoes in their skins, cool, peel, rub on a coarse grater. Put the potatoes on the meat.

Cut the canned pineapples into small pieces, cut the cheese in the same way, mix everything, add mayonnaise. Put the cheese and pineapple mixture on top of the potatoes.
