You will need

  • - a baking sheet;

  • - pork tenderloin 0.5 kg;

  • - champignons 200 g;

  • - hard cheese 150 g;

  • - onion 1 pc.;

  • - lemon juice 1-2 teaspoons;

  • - salt;

  • - ground black pepper;

  • - vegetable oil.

Instruction manual

1

Wash the meat, pat dry with a paper towel and cut into portions. Beat the pieces through the film on both sides. The film is needed so that the pork fibers remain whole. Sprinkle the beaten meat with lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.

2

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the chops on both sides until golden. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil and lay out the fried pieces of meat.

3

Cut the cheese into thin slices. Finely chop the mushrooms into pieces. Put mushrooms on top of pork chops and cover with cheese slices.

4

Bake chops for 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 180-200 degrees. Cheese should be completely melted.

note

To make the pork juicier, it is advisable to marinate it overnight. To do this, grease the meat with a mixture of vegetable oil, salt, spices, pieces of garlic. Cover the chops with lemon slices and onion rings. You can also sprinkle with dry mustard instead of spices.

Useful advice

Serve pork chops with a side dish of boiled vermicelli. You can decorate the dish with herbs and slices of sweet pepper.
