You will need
- - carrots - 1 pc.,
- - potatoes - 3 pcs.,
- - white cabbage - 1/4 head of cabbage,
- - green beans - 300 g,
- - onions - 1 pc.,
- - tomato - 2 pcs.,
- - bell pepper - 1 pc.,
- - chili pepper - 1 pc.,
- - tomato paste - 1 tbsp. l.,
- - vegetable oil for frying,
- - bay leaf - 1 pc.

Beans, cabbage, potatoes, bell pepper cut into strips. Put vegetables in a medium-sized pot with boiling water.

Cook vegetables until soft. While the vegetables are boiling, we are preparing a frying for the soup: fry grated carrots in vegetable oil, tomato (without skin), diced, chopped onions and chili peppers.

When the vegetables in the pan are ready, put the frying out, introduce the tomato paste and throw the bay leaf. Mix everything well and cook the soup with a small boil until tender.
