This original noodle soup is very simple to prepare, it belongs to Japanese cuisine. Ordinary egg noodles are suitable for this dish, or you can make homemade noodles with flour, soda, water and eggs, if you wish.

  • - 500 ml of water;

  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of soy sauce;

  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of corn starch;

  • - 2 eggs;

  • - a pinch of salt;

  • - watercress, ginger root.

Dip the noodles in boiling water, lightly salt, cook for 4 minutes after boiling again. After that, discard the noodles in a colander, rinse with cold water.

Pour water into a saucepan, add soy sauce, salt to taste, put on the stove and bring to a boil.

Dissolve corn starch 2 tbsp. tablespoons of cold water, pour a thin stream into a boiling broth, stirring constantly.

Mix eggs in a separate bowl until smooth.

Stir the broth vigorously in one direction, pouring the egg mass into it. After that, remove the pan from the stove.

Now rinse the cooked noodles with hot water, arrange in bowls, pour egg broth. Watercress and ginger are required to make ready-made noodle soup. Sprinkle noodles with salad, rub ginger, sprinkle a dish on them. Serve the egg and ginger noodle soup right away.
