- - 100-150 g of cheese (grade at your discretion);
- - 1 egg;
- - 2 tbsp. l flour;
- - salt, pepper, herbs to taste;
- - 100 ml of broth (milk or water);
- - vegetable oil for frying.

Grind the chicken with a combine or knife.

Cut the cheese into small cubes and add to the meat.

Beat the egg in a separate bowl, salt, season and beat lightly with a fork. Pour 1-2 tablespoons into the mixture. sifted flour and mix again.

Add vegetable oil to the frying pan and remove to heat on the burner.

Make balls of minced meat and roll them in flour. Fry the patties to a golden crust on both sides, and then fill them with the cooked broth. Reduce heat and simmer cutlets for 5 minutes in a covered pan.

If the liquid has not evaporated in 5 minutes, open the pan and add heat.
Useful advice
In order to make it more convenient to work with meat and it does not stick to your hands - before starting the formation of cutlets, drip a few drops of vegetable oil on your hands and rub it.
When you salt the cutlets - do not forget about the cheese, which is also salty.
