You will need

  • - 200 g of processed cheese;

  • - 4 boiled eggs;

  • - one small onion;

  • - 200 g smoked chicken;

  • - 1 can of corn or peas;

  • - 2-3 boiled potatoes;

  • - mayonnaise;

  • - almonds;

  • - rosemary (can be replaced with dill or parsley).

Instruction manual

1

Boil the potatoes in a peel, cool it, peel it. Cook the eggs for ten minutes, cool and clean. Put the salad in layers in a clean, dry dish, forming a "bump", coat each layer with mayonnaise.

2

Separate the chicken from the bones. It is best to take the breast - with it the salad will turn out more tender. If you can’t buy smoked chicken, you can replace it with boiled or grilled chicken.

3

Peel the onion, finely chop. In order for the onion to have a pronounced taste and crunch, it can be scalded with boiling water. Regular onions can also be replaced with red lettuce.

4

Put canned peas or corn in the salad to your taste. It can also be replaced with finely chopped pickled cucumbers.

5

Grind the boiled and peeled eggs, put the next layer on a dish.

6

Finely chop a small handful of roasted and peeled almonds. Mix it with cream cheese, spread evenly over the surface of the salad, giving the final shape. The last layer does not require smearing with mayonnaise.

7

Garnish the salad with whole almond nuts, stick them into the base, simulating the growth of scales on a cone. Make a twig out of greenery. Instead of rosemary, you can take parsley, dill, thin arrows of green onions.
