As for the cooking time, the procedure can last from 20 to 40 minutes, it all depends on the size of the mushrooms. Do not forget about the correct cooking: before the procedure, the mushrooms must be cleaned and thoroughly washed, then put in a pan (preference should be given to an enamel), pour cold water and bring to a boil over high heat. After boiling honey mushrooms for 3-5 minutes, the water should be drained and poured into a pan of fresh cold water, salt, and then put the dishes back on high heat. After boiling a second time, the fire should be reduced to a minimum and cook mushrooms for 20-40 minutes (small - 20, medium - 30, and large - 40). Over time, honey agaric should be knocked over in a colander, and let the water drain (it is better not to use the broth, it does not benefit the body, but there is no harm).

Mushrooms are ready, now they can be pickled, salted, frozen, or you can make soup or salad from them and not be afraid that bitterness will ruin the taste of the dish. Honey mushrooms can be stored after cooking for no more than two days, and strictly in the refrigerator on the lower shelf, and before eating, it is necessary to cook: stew, fry, bake, etc.
