It would seem that making cheesecakes is easy. However, each cook and hostess has his own secrets. So, for example, you can cook cheese cakes not from simple cottage cheese, but from cottage cheese with raisins - it turns out very tasty.

- - 2 eggs;
- - 100 g flour;
- - 60 g of butter.

- - 1 banana;
- - 100 g of yogurt;
- - 100 ml of orange juice.

Put 400 grams of cottage cheese with raisins in a bowl, add two chicken eggs and mix thoroughly. Add the flour, but most importantly - do not overdo it, otherwise you will get rubber cheesecakes.

Sprinkle the board with flour. Form a sausage from the dough and cut into equal parts, one centimeter wide and begin to form cheese cakes.

Put butter in a preheated skillet, melt and spread cheesecakes. It is best to fry syrniki over medium heat so that the butter does not burn, and a golden crust is obtained in any case. Cheesecakes will be ready in 10-12 minutes.

Traditionally, cheesecakes are served with sour cream, but you can make a great sauce based on banana, orange juice and yogurt. Grind banana slices, add 100 grams of yogurt and 1/3 cup orange juice. Mix the whole mass with a blender.
