You will need
- For four servings:
- - four eggs;
- - sugar - 1.5 cups;
- - butter - 100 g;
- - water - 5 tbsp. spoons;
- - a piece of dark chocolate;
- - wheat flour - 1 cup;
- - cocoa - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - liquor - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- - baking powder - 1 teaspoon.

Separate the yolks from the proteins. Beat the whites with a glass of granulated sugar.

Melt the dark chocolate with butter, mix with water, cocoa powder and sugar residues.

Cool the resulting chocolate mixture, beat with flour, baking powder, liquor and egg yolks.

Bake a chocolate muffin in an oiled pan. One hour will be enough, the oven temperature is 180 degrees. Have a nice tea party!
