Mix the sour cream for the test with soda, set aside for a few minutes. While you can beat the butter at room temperature with sugar, add cocoa powder, stir in the chicken eggs one at a time, after each mixing thoroughly. Pour the flour, mix everything. Add sour cream with soda, mix again.

Take small cupcake tins, cover with butter or put paper muffins for cupcakes - they are sold very beautiful, delicate, they will decorate your baking. Fill the molds with the dough by half - during the baking process it will rise high enough.

Bake chocolate muffins for 20 minutes at an oven temperature of 180 degrees.

You can still make chocolate fudge. Break the chocolate into small pieces, melt them in a water bath, stirring. Add sugar and sour cream (150 grams), mix thoroughly until smooth. Bring the mass to a boil, turn off the heat. Allow the fondant to cool a little, then put it in the refrigerator so that it cools.
