You will need

  • - puff pastry - 500 g;

  • - carrots - 2 pcs.;

  • - tomato paste - 1 tbsp;

  • - chicken breast - 2 pcs.;

  • - fresh cucumber - 2 pcs.;

  • - onions - 1 pc.;

  • - chicken egg - 2 pcs.;

  • - green salad or parsley - a bunch;

  • - mayonnaise - to your taste;

  • - salt and pepper - to taste;

  • - dill - a bunch.

Instruction manual

1

Preheat the oven to 180-200 degrees. Spray a small amount of flour on the desktop. Put pre-thawed puff pastry. Cut a part from the main piece and roll it into a layer 3-4 mm thick. Cut the dough plate into strips up to one centimeter wide.

2

From cardboard or thick paper that is convenient to bend, form cones. They will serve as preparations for future "carrots". Their size can be arbitrary, but not more than 10 cm in length.

3

Wrap a strip of dough on each cone, in a spiral. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper and lay on it blanks from puff pastry.

4

Rinse the carrots and pass through a juicer. Mix the finished juice with tomato paste. Soak the carrots on a baking sheet with this mixture. Bake semi-finished products in the oven until cooked, for about 20-25 minutes.

5

Make a salad, i.e. filling for blanks. Boil chicken breasts in salted water and eggs. Wash the cucumbers, grate them on a coarse grater. Rub the finished eggs too. Tear the meat into fibers, mix with grated products. Finely chop the clean dill and add to the total mass. Add salt, pepper and mayonnaise to taste.

6

In ready-made, cooled tubes of puff pastry, start with salad. Garnish the "carrots" with parsley, let it mimic the tops of carrots. Put the finished salad in the “carrots” on a dish, serve.
