  • - white cabbage - 300 g.

Remove all seeds from sweet pepper, rinse in water and cut into thin strips with a knife. Chop the cabbage into a deep bowl, salt and remember it with your hands.

Place eggs in a medium-sized saucepan. Fill with water and put on fire. Bring to a boil and wait for 10 minutes. Then fill with cold water, remove the eggs and peel the shell from them.

Add boiled, finely chopped eggs, green peas, chopped red pepper and parsley to the cabbage.

Thoroughly mix all the ingredients, pepper and salt to your taste. Now it must be properly prepared for serving.

Lay the lettuce leaves on the plates, put the previously mixed ingredients on top, pour the mayonnaise abundantly on top and garnish with dill. Salad "Joy of the Professor" is ready, you can serve it to the table.
