Olivier salad with chicken
For this variation of the New Year’s salad you will need the following ingredients: 340 g semi-smoked chicken fillet; 3 boiled potatoes; 4 boiled chicken eggs; 2 boiled carrots; 1 medium onion; 180 g canned green peas; 200 g of sour cream of fifteen percent fat content; 2 pickles; dill greens; salt (to taste).
Finely chop eggs, potatoes, cucumbers, half-smoked meat in enameled or glassware, put peas. Chop the onion finely. Cut thirty-seven sticks half a centimeter thick from carrots, thirty-six sticks should be about two centimeters long, make one stick a centimeter longer. Cut the remaining carrots into small pieces and add to the rest of the ingredients. Salt the salad, season with sour cream and mix well.
Gently transfer the salad into a beautiful dish or salad bowl. Sprinkle the salad with finely chopped dill. On the green surface of the lettuce, use the stripes of carrots to draw a watch dial.
