  • - 300 g smoked squid;

  • - 200 g of mayonnaise;

  • - 2 beets;

  • - 4 potatoes;

  • - 2 carrots;

  • - a bunch of green onions;

  • - 3 teaspoons of sesame seeds;

  • - salt, greens.

Rinse the beets, pour them with cold water, bring to a boil, cook over low heat under a lid until cooked. Usually beets are cooked in about 1 hour. Drain the water and cool the beets so that it cools faster, lower the beets under a stream of cold water. Boil potatoes with carrots until cooked in their skins, then peel the beets together.

Rub the potato on a grater, carrot too, you can rub the beets, but be sure to coarse grater, otherwise it will give too much unnecessary juice.

Peel the films of smoked squid, cut into cubes or strips - as you prefer. Rinse a bunch of green onions, cut smaller.
