From turkey you can make a light, but nonetheless satisfying salad. For its preparation you will need fresh vegetables, sweet apples and turkey breast itself.

Ingredients:
- Turkey fillet - 350 g;
- Potato - 5 tubers;
- Red apple - 2 pcs;
- Fresh tomatoes - 3 pcs;
- Green salad;
- Chicken eggs - 3 pcs;
- Sour cream 20% - 5 tablespoons;
- Freshly squeezed lemon juice;
- Celery - 1 root;
- Olive oil.
Cooking:
- In running water, it is good to wash the turkey tenderloin, and then transfer to a preheated pan with the addition of olive oil. Fry until golden brown.
- After roasting, put the meat on a plate, pour over with freshly squeezed lemon juice and put aside for a few minutes to soak it. After cut into slices of medium size.
- Wash the potato tubers well without peeling them, put them in a pan, add water and boil until cooked. Cool boiled potatoes, peel and crush into thin slices.
- Wash the chicken eggs well, then cook hard-boiled, cool, peel and rub by hand.
- Wash the celery root well, peel it and peel it through a fine grater.
- Wash the red apples, remove the peel and core from them, pass through a coarse grater. So that they do not turn black during cooking, you need to pour puree with lemon juice.
- Grated apples and celery put in one bowl, mix.
- Wash each tomato thoroughly and then pour boiling water over it. Carefully remove the peel, crumble into a small cube.
- Put all prepared ingredients in one salad bowl, then season with sour cream and applesauce with celery.
- Wash the green salad well and dry it. Before serving, line the lettuce leaves, spread the finished dish on top.
