Chopped cutlets are cutlets that are not prepared from minced meat, they are prepared from finely chopped meat, so the dish turns out to be juicy and tender.   • - 600 g of chicken;

  • - 300 g of fresh champignons;

  • - 150 g of white bread;

  • - 150 ml cream;

  • - 50 g of butter;

  • - 50 ml madeira;

  • - 20 g of green basil;

  • - 2 onions;

  • - 1 egg;

  • - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of refined oil;

  • - nutmeg, salt, black pepper, sugar.

Finely chop the chicken fillet with a sharp knife, salt, pepper to taste. Two onions, peel, cut, fry in butter and vegetable oil until soft.

Rinse the mushrooms, pat dry with paper towels, cut, add to the onion, sprinkle with a teaspoon of sugar, fry for 5 minutes together.

Put white bread in a blender (remove the crust), pour in low-fat cream, beat in an egg, add green basil, a pinch of nutmeg. Whip these ingredients.

In a large capacity, mix the chicken with fried mushrooms and onions, add the egg-creamy-bread mass, add the Madeira, knead.

Form small round patties, fry until golden brown in vegetable oil. Decorate the dish of your choice, you can serve boiled rice as a side dish.
