You will need
- - rice 250 g;
- - fillet of sea fish 500 g;
- - leek 1 stalk;
- - garlic 1 tooth;
- - feathers of green onions;
- - butter 50 g;
- - meat broth 500 ml;
- - lemon 1/2;

Peel the garlic and leek, finely chop and fry in butter for 3-4 minutes.

Add rice to the onion with garlic, mix and pour hot meat broth. Simmer with a lid tightly closed over low heat for 25-30 minutes.

Wash the fish fillet, pat dry with a paper towel and cut into small pieces. Sprinkle with lemon juice and put in a pan with rice for 5-8 minutes until cooked. Season with salt and pepper, mix gently. When serving, garnish with greens, green onion feathers, lemon slices and fresh vegetables.
