Baked notothenia

To cook baked notothenia, the following ingredients will be required: 300 g of fish, 100 ml of milk, half a head of onion, 2 tablespoons of sour cream, 50 g of hard cheese, salt to taste, fresh parsley.

Notothenia comes on sale in the form of carcasses with trimmed heads and tail. Therefore, it is enough to defrost the fish before cooking, remove the remaining scales and rinse thoroughly under running cold water. Carcasses are dried with paper towels.

To prepare fried notothenia, you will need the following ingredients: fish, breadcrumbs, salt, spices, vegetable oil for frying.

Prepared carcasses are rubbed with salt and spices and left alone for a quarter of an hour. Vegetable oil is poured into a dry pan and heated over high heat. Roll the fish in breadcrumbs and fry on both sides until golden brown. Serve the fried nototheny to the table with a side dish of boiled potatoes.
