- 2 kg of plum;
- 1 kg of sugar;
- 10 g vanilla sugar.
Having selected a ripe and strong berry, rinse it thoroughly, remove the branches and cut it in half to remove the bones. In the next step, put the container with the workpiece over high heat, bring to a boil and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Then put on fire again and bring to a boil. The jam is ready, you can pour it even hot on sterilized jars.

Rinse thoroughly, remove leaves and seeds. Then cut into slices, put in a prepared container, cover with sugar and fill with water. Stir everything and leave it overnight. Next, the plum should be cooked over medium heat for 40 minutes, stirring regularly and removing the foam. As soon as the syrup thickens and ceases to spread, jam can be laid out in banks.

- 0.5 kg of plum;
- 1/2 orange
- 400 g of sugar.
Carefully remove the seeds from the plum using a knife, keeping the fruits themselves as whole as possible. Slice the orange. Place a plum and an orange on the bottom of the multicooker. Sprinkle with sugar and leave to stand so that the workpiece is saturated. You can add any spices to your taste. After 1-1.5 hours, set the "quenching" mode and simmer the jam for 40 minutes. When ready, it will be liquid, but after preservation in banks it will thicken. The plums in the syrup will be soft, but retain their shape.
