You will need

  • - 6 chicken eggs;

  • - 3 tablespoons of chopped green onions;

  • - 3 tablespoons diced sweet pepper;

  • - 3 diced sliced ham;

  • - salt and pepper;

  • - 3 tight bags for products with a zip fastener.

Instruction manual

1

Boil 3 liters of water in a saucepan. Beat eggs with a whisk, season with salt and pepper.

2

Pour the beaten eggs into packets, add the filling. As a filling, you can use other ingredients - mushrooms, bacon, boiled potatoes, peas and corn, fruits and berries. You can add other aromatic herbs to the dish - parsley, dill, thyme. Another advantage of such omelettes is that in each bag you can put a different filling.

3

Seal the bags tightly by squeezing as much air as possible and zipping the zip fastener. Put in boiling water.

4

Cook the omelets for 12-15 minutes. Take the bags with cooking tongs, cool slightly, print and place the omelet rolls on the serving plates.

note

If you cook omelettes with different fillings, label packages with an indelible marker so as not to confuse where it is.

Useful advice

You can make an omelet from more or less eggs. Calculate the cooking time based on a calculation of 6 minutes for each egg in a bag.

If you want omelettes of a funny, strange shape, periodically lift the edges of the packets in the pan, causing the egg mass to mix in a sachet.
