Take the flour and sift it through a sieve so that the dough is airy. Add 1 sachet of yeast.

Pour 250 ml of warm milk into the flour. Mix gently, then add 150 g of oil, a couple of a pinch of salt and one egg. Knead the dough, place it in a bowl, cover with a napkin or towel. Leave for about 1-1.5 hours for the dough to rise.

Now you need to cook the stuffing. To do this, take onions, chop it finely and lightly fry. Then add the minced meat and sauté for another 15 minutes.

Hard boil 3 eggs, peel them and cut them very finely. Mix the eggs with minced meat and lightly salt.

Make pies from the dough. To do this, roll out the dough in a thick layer and divide into approximately 18-20 parts. Form small balls from each part and then use your hands to make cakes out of them, the thickness of which should be about 5 mm.

Put the filling on each cake, having previously rolled it into a roller. Pinching, connect the edges of the cake, and leave the middle open.

Let the fashioned pies stand for about 10 minutes, after placing them on a greased baking sheet.

Beat with an mixer egg and 50 ml of milk. Lubricate the pies with the mixture and then place in the oven (temperature - 180 degrees, time - 25 minutes).

To make the pies soft, you can lubricate them immediately after cooking with a brush dipped in water. Cover for several minutes with a napkin or towel. Next, pour about 20 ml of hot meat broth into each pie and transfer to a beautiful plate. Serve pies on the table is better hot.
