Tomato paste

Beans (presoak for 12 hours) or canned

White wine - 100 ml

Vegetable broth (onions, carrots, herbs, tomato, celery, garlic)

Vermicelli

Frozen Green Peas

Peas, bay leaves, salt, red pepper, dry garlic

How to cook

To start, cook the vegetable broth. We dip the vegetables in cold salted water, put the saucepan on a slow fire. Throw a handful of beans (if you have beans from a jar, then you do not need to use it yet). Bring to a boil, cook for 30 minutes. Do not forget to add sweet peas and bay leaves.

The broth is ready. We remove all vegetables from there, put off the carrots. Pour a handful of green peas (necessarily frozen) into the pan. She will be useful to us. Add pepper, tomato paste (about one or two tablespoons) to the saucepan. If you have canned beans - add it now.

Cut the carrots into thin triangles, dip in the soup. We fall asleep a handful of vermicelli.

Cook until the vermicelli is cooked.
