In order to bake a quick pie with fish you will need: 1 cup of kefir, 3 eggs, 1 cup of flour, half a teaspoon of soda, a can of canned fish (not in tomato), herbs, about 50 g of cheese.

Cooking a quick pie with fish: for the test, mix kefir with flour, break one egg there, add soda. For the filling, cook two hard-boiled eggs, chop them. Greens should also be chopped. Pull the fish out of the can (let the liquid drain) and mash with a fork. Put chopped eggs and greens in the fish. Pour the dough into a greased form, put the filling on top. Place it in a preheated oven over a small fire. After about 20 minutes, when the cake’s dough turns golden, remove it, sprinkle it with cheese grated on a fine grater, and put it back in the oven to melt the cheese.

Useful advice: of course, canned fish in this recipe can be replaced with pre-fried and boneless fish, as well as minced meat fried with onions, but it is with canned food that the preparation of the pie will turn out as fast as possible. By the way, you can use fried cabbage instead of canned fish.
