Grind the cottage cheese with a blender (you can also pass it through a meat grinder), add the swollen semolina with sour cream, eggs, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt. Mix well or simply beat with a mixer or blender until smooth.

Drain all the water from the raisins and dry it. Add raisins to the resulting homogeneous mass and mix.
