You will need
- For 6 servings:
- 600 g pasty fatty (9 - 18%) cottage cheese;
- 3/4 cup long-term oatmeal
- 6 tbsp baked apple puree;
- 3 tbsp ground nuts;
- 2 small ripe bananas;
- 3 tbsp liquid honey;
- 1 tsp vanilla extract or vanillin on the tip of a knife;
- Butter for greasing molds.
- Optional: powdered sugar and / or berries.

Preheat the oven to 150 degrees. We grease the molds with butter. Mix the nuts with oatmeal and applesauce, spread the resulting bottom mass of molds. Bake for about 8 minutes until cooked and cool completely.

At this time, we mix the bananas, vanilla, cottage cheese and honey with a mixer. Put in forms on top of the cooled base and return to the oven for 20 minutes. The top should not be reddened!

Cool completely at room temperature and only then pull out of the mold. Wrap in a film and put in the refrigerator for the night. Serve, optionally sprinkled with powdered sugar and garnished with berries. Bon Appetit!
