  • - 80 g of honey;

  • - 1 tbsp freshly grated ginger;

  • - 1 tsp soda.
  • To prepare the filling, take:

  • - 5-6 pears;

  • - 2 tbsp butter;

  • - 2 tbsp Sahara;

  • - 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice;

  • - 6 tbsp brandy, you can brandy.

First you need to peel the skin from the pears, then cut the core with seeds. Cut the prepared pear into small pieces and pour each piece with a few drops of lemon juice.

1 tbsp sugar and 2 tablespoons butter should be put in a pan and dissolved, stirring, over low heat. Next, prepared pears need to be fried until they are browned on all sides.

Remove the fried pears from the pan and put on a plate. Then pour cognac or brandy and part of the unused sugar into the same pan. Cook this mass until, by its consistency, it becomes similar to syrup.

Lubricate the mold, the diameter of which is 24-26 cm, with oil and pour the syrup into it. Then shift the pears into it in one layer.

In order to make the dough, you need to beat the sugar and butter thoroughly. In the cooked mass, you need to add eggs one at a time, while not ceasing to beat. Fresh ginger and honey add there and mix everything. Mix flour with spices and soda and gradually add to this mass. Mix everything, make the dough thick.

Pour the pears in the mold with the finished dough. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Put the cake pan in the oven and bake for 40 minutes.
