You will need

  • - 150 g butter;

  • - 150 sugar;

  • - 300 g of flour;

  • - 1 tbsp baking powder;

  • For filling:

  • - 100 g of sugar;

  • - 2 eggs;

  • - 1 tsp vanillin;

  • - 3 tablespoons currants;

  • - 2 eggs;

  • - 250 g of cottage cheese.

Instruction manual

1

First, knead the melted butter with sugar and baking powder. The oil should crumble into small pieces. Gradually stir in the flour and knead the dough. It should turn out elastic, for this you will need to make a small amount of physical effort.

2

Then beat the eggs thoroughly, add sugar, cottage cheese and vanilla to them. It is better to use a blender than an ordinary fork, so that the filling is uniform and without lumps.

3

Lubricate the mold with vegetable oil, cover the bottom with half the cooked dough, then put the filling from the cottage cheese. Gently cover the cottage cheese with the remaining dough and sprinkle with fresh berry.

4

Put in the oven at 200 degrees, bake for about 30-35 minutes and the cake is ready.
