Cooking dough. Combine cottage cheese, coriander, softened butter. Stir with a mixer. Mix flour with baking powder and salt and gradually mix with the curd mixture. The dough should be soft. Form a ball from the dough, cover with cling film and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Roll out the dough with a thickness of about 0.5 cm, sprinkle with red pepper, fold twice, roll and sprinkle with pepper again. Fold the dough again and roll the formation again.

Cut out cookies from the dough using culinary forms (or a glass), put it on a baking sheet moistened with cold water (or on a silicone mat).
