  • - 500 g cranberries;

  • - 1 orange;

  • - 1 onion;

  • - 2-3 tablespoons of honey;

  • - 3 tablespoons of olive oil;

Put water on the fire in a saucepan for vermicelli, salt, add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. When the water boils, carefully lay the "Nests" and cook until tender.

Combine the egg with salt and pepper in a bowl, beat well with a fork. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Beat off lightly chicken fillet, then salt and roll in flour. Then dip the fillet in a beaten egg and roll in grated cheese. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry the chicken on both sides until golden brown.

Make the sauce. Dice the onion. Dipping the tomatoes in boiling water for 2 minutes, remove the skin from them and grind in a blender. Finely chop the basil.

Fry the onion until golden with paprika in vegetable oil. Add tomato puree and basil. Salt to taste. Simmer the sauce over low heat, stirring until the liquid evaporates.
