You will need

  • - 250 g of flour;

  • - 200 g of cottage cheese;

  • - 1 bag of vanillin;

  • - 2 pcs. egg yolk;

  • - 2 ½ tbsp. tablespoons of sugar;

  • - 100 g butter;

  • - 1 teaspoon of baking powder;

Instruction manual

1

Put the cottage cheese in a bowl, add sugar, vanillin, yolks. Beat everything with a whisk or mixer. Rub sifted flour with baking powder into a crumb with chilled butter, grated.

2

Combine the flour mixture with the curd mass and knead the elastic dough. Roll the dough into a ball and place in a clean plastic bag (cling film), put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

3

Lay out oval cakes with an overlap on each other and form roses, slightly bending the petals. Spread the roses on a baking sheet covered with parchment and bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 40 minutes.

4

Transfer the finished cookies into a large vase (dish), sprinkle with powdered sugar. To make a bouquet of roses, "plant" on a sweet straw, which in this case acts as a stem.

Useful advice

Cookies will be even tastier and more flavorful if during the preparation process add 1 teaspoon of orange (lemon) zest or toasted crushed nuts to the dough.
