Instruction manual
1
All the ingredients for the dough, except water, are placed in a combine and chopped in medium crumb. Add ice water and quickly knead the dough. We collect it into a ball, roll it out and place it in a mold. We trim the edges, trimming the excess and pricking the bottom with a fork. We put in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 15 minutes. We get out, cool.
2
We put sugar in the pan, put it on a strong fire and wait until it starts to melt. Rotate the pan slightly so that the sugar spreads along the bottom and does not burn. Gently add a little hot (exactly hot!) Water to make sugar syrup. We cut the apples in a medium cube and put in a pan, add a pinch of vanillin, reduce the heat to medium and simmer until the moisture from the apples evaporates. Add oil and mix so that the apples are evenly coated with caramel. Cool down.
3
With a mixer, mix the boiled condensed milk with the egg. We spread the apples in caramel on our already baked base and pour the egg-milk mixture on top. Oven at 170 degrees 40 minutes: pouring should thicken and remind jelly in consistency. Cool completely, and only then remove from the mold and cut into portions. On top of the cake you can decorate with crushed nuts. Have a nice tea party!
