  • - 500 g boiled shrimp

  • - 6 crayfish tails

  • - pulp of 1 crab

  • - salt, pepper, dill

  • Green sauce

  • - 400 g mayonnaise

  • - 200 g sour cream

  • - 2 cloves of garlic

  • - 2 tbsp. l chopped onion, parsley and dill

Lubricate a rectangular dish with a capacity of about 2 liters with butter, sprinkle with bread crumbs, cut the fish fillet into slices and grind in a mixer.

Add salt, pepper, egg white. Add flour, cream, dill and mix until smooth.

Peel the shrimp. Set the part aside, and chop the rest coarsely. Combine the crayfish tails and the crab flesh.

Beat the remaining proteins until foam, add the crab mixture. Then divide the mixture in half, add the crushed shrimp in one half, and the crab mixture in the other. Lay layers alternately.

Cover with foil and place in a frying pan half filled with hot water. Bake for 1 hour.
