First make the dough. Combine the flour with cottage cheese, butter and a small pinch of salt. Knead a uniform dough, wrap it in cling film, and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Then take out the dough, roll it into a rectangular layer, bend the corners to the center and roll it out again. Repeat this 3 times to make a loose and multi-layered dough.

Rinse strong plums, cut each in half, remove the seeds.

Lay a sheet of rolled dough in a parchment-covered mold, form low sides. Sprinkle the bottom of the workpiece with flour and lay on top the drain halves with the cut down.
