Delicious and nutritious mushroom salad can be quickly made for any holiday. Such a salad does not need to be left for impregnation and can be made right before serving.

You will need
Chicken fillet - 300 grams, 200 grams of fresh or frozen champignons, 1/2 can of pickled honey agarics, 100 grams of hard cheese, 1/2 can of corn, 2-3 eggs, 5 pickled gherkins (or 1 pickled cucumber), 1/3 small onions, 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, parsley.

Rinse the chicken and cook over high heat. After boiling, reduce heat and let cook for 40 minutes.

Cut the mushrooms into pieces and fry in vegetable oil along with chopped onions. Remove mushrooms from the can and rinse.

Dice the cooked chicken fillet, rub the cheese on a coarse grater, gherkins on a shallow one. Hard-boiled eggs.

Combine chicken with champignons, mushrooms, cheese and gherkins, add corn and mayonnaise. Shuffle and form a slide.

Peel the eggs and separate the whites from the yolks. On top of a salad slide, first rub the whites, and then the yolks. Garnish with parsley leaves.
note
The salad will look beautiful on a large flat white plate or dish.
Useful advice
Of the cheeses, Edam, Dutch, Maasdam, Gouda are preferable.
