- - water 700 ml
- - rice 100 g
- - champignons 300 g

Wash the chicken fillet and cut into small pieces. Rinse and chop mushrooms.

Pour the prepared ingredients with water and simmer over the fire until cooked, adding spices, chopped onions.

Separate the yolks from the proteins and beat everything separately with a whisk, after which - mix thoroughly and add a little salt.

Grease the baking dish with butter. Put rice on the bottom and pour over the egg mass. Bake at a temperature of 180-200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
