The simplest breakfast dish is scrambled eggs. But it can become unusual and incredibly tasty. And for this you need only additional ingredients, for example, chicken and mushrooms. Such a hearty breakfast will give extra strength in the morning.

You will need

  • - eggs 5 pcs.

  • - chicken fillet 300 g

  • - water 700 ml

  • - rice 100 g

  • - champignons 300 g

  • - onion 1 pc.

  • - butter

  • - parsley

  • - salt and pepper to taste

Wash the chicken fillet and cut into small pieces. Rinse and chop mushrooms.

Pour the prepared ingredients with water and simmer over the fire until cooked, adding spices, chopped onions.

Boil the rice.

Separate the yolks from the proteins and beat everything separately with a whisk, after which - mix thoroughly and add a little salt.

Grease the baking dish with butter. Put rice on the bottom and pour over the egg mass. Bake at a temperature of 180-200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
