Take 500 ml of 3.2% milk, warmed to room temperature, mix with 3 chicken eggs, add salt to taste, 2 tbsp. l sugar and thoroughly beat the resulting mixture with a whisk. Put 1/2 tsp in a bowl. soda, mix again. Sift 300 g of flour, and, gently stirring, pour it in parts in a batter. Then pour 50 ml of boiling water and 10 ml of sunflower oil. Leave for half an hour.

Heat the pan on the stove, add vegetable oil. Bake pancakes, turning them on both sides, until golden. Then fold it down and cool.

Stuffing No. 1: prepare 300 g of lean beef, 1 onion and 20 g of butter. Boil the beef, cut it into small cubes or twist in a meat grinder. Add the onion fried in butter, mix it with the meat. Start the pancakes.

Stuffing No. 2: take 300 g of minced meat, 1 carrot, 2 chicken eggs, 2 onions. Grate the carrots, cut the onions into small cubes, fry the vegetables over medium heat. Add the minced meat and chopped eggs, mix thoroughly. Bring the filling to full readiness, and then distribute it on the surface of each pancake. Roll up and place on a flat plate. You can decorate with chopped parsley and pour sour cream.

Pancakes can be served based on your own imagination. Sacks, tied with feathers of green onions, look very impressive, the tubes cut into several parts decorated with parsley branches are no less interesting. Serve such pancakes in portions.
