  • - cold water

  • - onions - 5-6 pcs.

  • - vegetable oil

  • - ground black pepper

  • - a pinch of ground caraway seeds

  • - fatty cream 1 tbsp.

  • - cheese 300 gr.

In a deep bowl, mix one egg, salt, soft butter and flour. Add a little cold water to the resulting mass, so that the dough turns out to be elastic, resilient and does not stick to your hands. Knead the dough.

We form a ball from the finished dough and wrap it in cling film. Leave the dough in the refrigerator for several hours.

Cut the onions into thin half rings and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Add salt, pepper and caraway seeds (can be replaced with ground nutmeg) to sauteed onions, mix and let the filling cool.

In a separate bowl, beat 4 eggs with cream. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Grease a baking dish with butter or margarine. We roll out a thin layer of dough and gently distribute the dough throughout the baking dish, including the walls of the mold.

On a dough, spread the onion evenly and pour on top a mass of eggs and cream. Sprinkle grated cheese on top of the pie.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the cake for about 20 minutes.
