    • 300 g of minced meat;
    • 1 egg
    • 1 cup kefir;
    • 3 onions;
    • 3 cups flour;
    • salt;
    • ground black pepper;
    • vegetable oil.
    • Walnut roll:
    • 2 eggs;
    • 1 can of condensed milk;
    • 2 cups kefir;
    • 1 teaspoon of soda;
    • 1.5 cups flour;
    • 200 g of raisins;
    • 300 g of nuts.

Wash 1 large or 2-3 small beets in plenty of running water. Put the beets in a pan, fill it with water and boil until cooked. Drain the water from the pan, cool and clean the beets.

Finely chop the boiled beets, cucumbers, radishes and dill. Put chopped vegetables in a pan.

Pour 1.5 liters of kefir into the pan. Add the same 0.5 cups of sour cream and salt to taste. Mix everything.

Serve okroshka to the table cold. If desired, serve hot boiled potatoes to the okroshka.

Peel and finely chop 3 onions.

In a deep bowl, mix 300 g of minced meat, chopped onions, 1 egg, 1 cup of kefir. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
