  • - smoked chicken meat - 100 g;

  • - sweet red pepper - 1 pc.;

  • - canned corn - 3 tbsp. l.;

  • - onions - 0.5 heads;

  • - flour - 100 g;

  • - vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l.;

  • - salt - 0.5 tsp;

  • - ground black pepper - a pinch.

Cut the onion into small cubes, lightly fry in vegetable oil (until golden brown).

Cut chicken meat into small strips. Sweet pepper cut into small cubes.

Beat eggs with salt and ground pepper, add fried onions, canned corn, sweet pepper and chicken meat. Mix well. Add flour to the mixture gradually. The dough should have a very thick sour cream consistency.

In a heated frying pan greased with vegetable oil, fry the pancakes on both sides (you need to spread the dough with a spoon). One pancake will need 1-2 tbsp. l test. Put the prepared pancakes on a paper towel so that excess fat is absorbed. Garnish the dish with corn and fresh herbs. The dish is ready!
