You will need

- - wheat flour - 160 g;
- - sugar, butter - 80 g each;
- - one egg;
- - fresh mint - 20 g.

Send sugar and mint leaves to the blender. It will make mint sugar. Combine it with soft butter, mix until smooth.

Pour in flour. Stir until you get nice lumps. Beat in a chicken egg, stir until a large lump is obtained.

Tear off small pieces from the dough, roll out in palms, flatten with fingers. Put the resulting cookies on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.

Put the pieces of dough from each other at a small distance - it will not blur, it will only rise up.

Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees until a golden crust appears.
Useful advice
Keep mint cookies in a closed jar, otherwise it will dry quickly.
