Meat dishes are an integral part of any festive table. There are many different ways to cook tender and juicy meat with an exquisite taste and unique aroma. One of these methods is a recipe for a meat dish with pineapples.

Oven baked pineapple meat

Essential Ingredients:

  • 500 g of meat (chicken, pork, beef);

  • 400 g of cheese;

  • 3 onions;

  • 1 can of canned pineapple;

  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil;

  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons of lemon juice;

  • mayonnaise;

  • salt, black pepper to taste.

Cooking

Rinse the meat, cut it into medium-sized pieces and beat. Pieces of meat are placed in a small enameled pan, add salt, black pepper, lemon juice and vegetable oil, then close the lid and put the pan in the refrigerator (pork and chicken are pickled for about 2 hours, and it is better to leave the beef overnight). Grate the cheese with a medium-sized nozzle. Chop onions into half rings and place on a baking sheet. Put pieces of meat on a layer of onion, greasing it with mayonnaise. Cut canned pineapples into small pieces and lay on top of the meat. Coat a layer of pineapple with the remains of mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese. Place the pan in the oven and bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.

Fried meat with pineapple sauce

Essential Ingredients:

  • 250 g of pork;

  • half the onion;

  • 1 carrot;

  • 60 g canned pineapple;

  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons of tomato paste or ketchup;

  • 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sesame oil;

  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons of soy sauce;

  • 4 tbsp. tablespoons of starch;

  • 3 cloves of garlic;

  • 0.5 teaspoon ground ginger;

  • vegetable oil;

  • salt to taste.

Cooking

Cut the pork into medium-sized pieces. Then mix in a separate bowl 4 tbsp. tablespoons of water, 3 tbsp. tablespoons of starch and 1 teaspoon of salt. Dip the meat in the prepared breading and fry it on both sides until cooked. Grate vegetables (carrots, onions and garlic) on a coarse grater and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Cut the pineapple into small pieces and add it to the pan to the fried vegetables. In a separate bowl, mix 1 tbsp. starch with 0.5 cups of water, adding soy sauce, sesame oil, tomato paste, ground ginger and pineapple syrup to the mixture. Pour the resulting sauce into a pan with vegetables, add slices of fried meat and simmer the mixture until it boils.
