You will need

  • -1 can of condensed milk

  • -1 cup of sugar

  • - 400 g butter

  • 200 g flour

  • -100 g of starch

  • -2 eggs

  • -10 medium apricots

Separate the yolks from the proteins. Proteins can be removed, we do not need them.

Melt the butter and add sugar. Stir until sugar is completely dissolved. Pour the mixture into another container and remove from the stove.

Add proteins to the resulting butter-sugar mixture and beat until foamy.

Mix flour with starch and slowly add to the mixture. Stir well so that there are no lumps of flour left.

Mash the resulting dough well and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Scroll the dough in a meat grinder and bake the resulting "strips" on a baking sheet, greased with butter, at a temperature of 180 degrees. Bake until golden brown.

Break the resulting shortbread cookies into small pieces.

Boil condensed milk for 2 hours. Then cool it. Mix with 200 g butter, beat well.

Cut 5-6 apricots into small pieces.

Beat the remaining apricots in a blender with 1 tsp. sugar and 50 g butter. Pour the resulting mixture of cake.

Put the cake in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours to set. Serve with powdered sugar.

1. Condensed milk must be cooked, and not buy ready-made boiled. They vary greatly in consistency.

2. Apricots should be as bold as possible so that they can be easily mashed.
