You will need
- For 8 servings:
- - Low-fat cottage cheese - 400 g;
- - Sour cream 10-15% or thick yogurt - 500 g;
- - Cocoa powder - 125 g;
- - Gelatin - 40 g;
- - Milk - 5 tbsp;
- - Nuts - 100 g;
- - Sugar - 145 g.

Soak gelatin in water according to instructions. Then add 5 tbsp to gelatin. milk and heat in a small saucepan on the stove, stirring until the gelatin dissolves, but in no case bring to a boil.

Grind the nuts in a coffee grinder with a tablespoon of sugar. Mix the remaining sugar in a blender with cottage cheese and sour cream until smooth. Add gelatin to the curd mass.

Divide the mass into 3 parts. Add cocoa powder to the first, nuts ground with sugar to the second, leave the third part unchanged. We cover the form with cling film and begin to spread 2 tablespoons of each mixture in it alternately. We put in the refrigerator until it solidifies (it will take 6-8 hours). Bon Appetit!
